Ingredients

  • 4 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your preferred cut)
  • 8 ceps mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.

  4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  5. While the steaks are grilling, clean the ceps mushrooms and slice them.

  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some olive oil.

  7. Sauté the sliced ceps mushrooms until golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

  9. Top each steak with a generous amount of sautéed ceps mushrooms.

  10. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.

  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
