Ingredients

  • 1 sponge cake, cut into cubes
  • 4 passion fruits
  • 1 cup of custard
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the pulp from the passion fruits and set aside.

  2. In serving glasses, layer the sponge cake cubes at the bottom.

  3. Pour a layer of custard over the sponge cake.

  4. Add a layer of passion fruit pulp on top of the custard.

  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.

  6. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
