How To Make Date and Nut Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews), chopped
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dates, nuts, and rolled oats.

In a small saucepan, heat the honey, almond butter, and coconut oil over low heat until melted and well-combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
