How To Make Oven-Baked Garlic and Parmesan Fries
Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into thin French fry shapes.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the potato slices and toss to coat them evenly.

Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.

Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle them with grated parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let the fries cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
