How To Make Mojo French Fries
Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- mojo sauce:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut potatoes into thin fries.

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

While the fries are baking, make the mojo sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, cumin, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.

Serve the mojo fries hot with the mojo sauce on the side.
