How To Make Mushroom & Pepper Melts

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion until they are softened. Season with salt and pepper.

Place four slices of bread on a baking sheet and divide the mushroom and pepper mixture evenly among them.

Top each slice of bread with a generous amount of shredded cheese.

Place the remaining four slices of bread on top to make sandwiches.
