How To Make Crab Salsa Crostini

- 8 slices of baguette
- 1 cup of lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing the bread
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.

In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
