How To Make Chestnut Stuffing
Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted chestnuts, chopped
- 1 cup bread cubes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in dried thyme, dried sage, salt, and black pepper.

Add chopped chestnuts and bread cubes to the skillet. Mix well to combine.

Slowly pour chicken broth over the stuffing mixture, stirring continuously.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
