- 2 cups distilled white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

In a large saucepan, combine vinegar, water, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
