  • 6ozKroger® Baby Spinach,chopped with stems removed
  • 14ozKroger® Artichoke Hearts,drained and chopped, quartered
  • 8ozKroger® Greek Cream Cheese with Greek Yogurt
  • ½cupKroger® Lowfat Greek Yogurt
  • ½cupKroger® Lite Mayonnaise
  • cupKroger® Mozzarella Cheese,divided
  • cupKroger® parmesan shredded cheese,divided
  • 1garlic clove,minced
  • ¼tspsalt
  • tsppepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, greek cream cheese, greek yogurt, mayonnaise, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix until combined.

  3. Place in an oven safe dish and top with remaining cheese.

  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until heated throughout and bubbly.

  5. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
