Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and white wine. Stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.
