Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Mash the flesh with a fork.

  2. Stir in the onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro.

  3. Mix everything well until you get a smooth guacamole.
