Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In the Instant Pot, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Close the Instant Pot lid and set to Manual/Pressure Cook mode. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.

  3. When the cooking time is complete, carefully release the pressure manually.

  4. Stir the dip until well combined and creamy.

  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread slices.
