  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, parsley, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, pressing firmly to coat both sides.

  4. Place coated chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
