  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.

  2. Heat the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

  3. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool. Once cooled, transfer to a serving dish.

  4. Serve the duck sauce as a dipping sauce for roasted duck or any other dish of your choice.
