Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread, torn into pieces
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  3. Place bread pieces in the prepared dish.

  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread.

  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese and crumbled bacon over the top.

  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set and golden brown.

  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
