How To Make Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bars
Creamy vanilla ice cream layered with a crumbly crust and fresh strawberry sauce, frozen into delicious bars.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of chopped strawberries
- 2 tbsp of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp of melted butter
- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a saucepan, cook the chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9×9 inch baking dish.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.

Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the graham cracker crust. Pour the strawberry sauce over the ice cream and swirl with a knife.

Freeze for at least 8 hours or until firm.

Cut into bars and serve.
