How To Make Pork Schnitzel Recipe
This classic dish features tender pork cutlets coated in a crispy breadcrumb crust.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°F and place a wire rack inside a baking sheet.

Use a meat mallet to pound the pork chops to a 1/4 inch thickness.

Season both sides of each chop with salt and pepper.

Place the flour in a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper.

In another dish, whisk together the eggs and water.

Place the breadcrumbs in a third dish and season with salt and pepper.

Dredge each pork chop in the flour, shaking off any excess.

Dip the chop in the egg mixture and allow excess to drip off.

Press the chop into the breadcrumbs to coat.

Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry each chop until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
