- 5 oz mixed baby greens
- 1 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, and mint), chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and chopped herbs.

Add feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, and red onion on top of the greens.
