Ingredients

  • 5 oz mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, and mint), chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and chopped herbs.

  2. Add feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, and red onion on top of the greens.

  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of salad.

  4. Drizzle with your favorite dressing.

  5. Toss all the ingredients together and serve.
