How To Make Pork Rib Borscht

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork ribs
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream and fresh dill for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, brown the pork ribs over medium heat.

Add the onions and garlic, cook until fragrant.

Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.

Add the carrots, potatoes, cabbage, diced tomatoes, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover the pot and let simmer for 1.5-2 hours, until the pork is tender and the flavors are well combined.
