Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Take a small amount of meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of cheese in the center and shape the meat around it, forming a meatball. Repeat until all meat has been used.

  4. Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Brush each meatball with barbecue sauce, covering them completely.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and meat is cooked through.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
