  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz morel mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.

  5. Add frozen peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.

  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
