How To Make Morel Mushroom and Pea Pasta Recipe
A creamy and flavorful pasta dish with earthy morel mushrooms and sweet peas.

Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz morel mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.

Add frozen peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
