Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until they release their moisture and start to brown.

  4. Add asparagus to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until asparagus is tender-crisp.
