  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup black olives, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes, asparagus, black olives, olive oil, garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes have burst and the asparagus is tender.
