Ingredients
- 2 parsnips, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 celeriac, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the parsnips, celeriac, minced garlic, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and the vegetables are tender.
