Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed winter greens (such as kale, Swiss chard, and spinach)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the winter greens to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in the breadcrumbs into the brown butter until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Transfer the cooked winter greens to a serving dish. Sprinkle the brown butter breadcrumbs on top.
