Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, green peas, bacon, milk, salt, and pepper.

  2. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the bottom is set.

  4. Use a spatula to flip the omelette and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.

  5. Serve hot.
