How To Make Easy Kids’ Omelette

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of diced ham or cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/4 cup of chopped spinach (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well beaten.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the skillet and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the edges start to set.

Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese, ham or bacon, and any additional optional ingredients evenly over one side of the omelette.

Using a spatula, gently fold the other side of the omelette over the filling.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.

Slide the omelette onto a plate and repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make three more omelettes.

Allow the omelettes to cool slightly before serving.
