  • 2 medium beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add beets, blueberries, banana, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add ice cubes and blend until slushy.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve.
