How To Make Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.

Serve the spaghetti with the meat sauce on top. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
