- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
