How To Make Cold Papaya Soup
This deliciously creamy Cold Papaya Soup is easy to make, and needs only 4 ingredients to complete, it’s the perfect appetizer for a meal.

Ingredients
- 1medium ripe papaya
- sugar,to taste
- 2tbspfresh lime juice
- water or unsweetened apple juice
Instructions

Peel and seed the papaya; cut into chunks

Reserve the seeds in the refrigerator

In a blender or food processor, puree the papaya until very smooth

Pour into a bowl, and add sugar to taste

Stir in the lime juice

If the mixture is too thick, add water or apple juice, 1 teaspoonful at a time

This soup is supposed to be very thick

Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
