How To Make Rich Paprika Seafood Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked white rice, for serving
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the diced bell peppers and cook until they start to soften.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the shrimp and scallops. Cook until they are pink and cooked through.

Sprinkle paprika over the seafood and vegetables, and stir to coat everything evenly.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Serve the seafood mixture over cooked white rice in individual bowls. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
