How To Make Pomegranate Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small saucepan, combine the pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Simmer over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the pomegranate glaze generously over the salmon fillets.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
