  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, apple, dried cranberries, walnuts, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix well until all ingredients are well-coated with the dressing.

  3. Serve the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
