  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place the sliced carrots in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss until the carrots are well-coated.
