How To Make Marinated Carrot Salad

- 4 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
