How To Make Coconut Jello Salad Recipe
A refreshing and tropical dessert that’s perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients
- 1 package (3oz) coconut flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can (15oz) fruit cocktail
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
Instructions

Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.

Add the cold water and stir until combined.

Drain the fruit cocktail and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces.

Add the fruits and shredded coconut into the gelatin mixture. Stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into a 9-inch square dish and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

In a mixing bowl, whisk heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Cut the jello into serving pieces and top each piece with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.
