Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (3 oz) lemon Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut.

  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the lemon Jello in boiling water.

  3. Stir in cold water and pour over the pineapple mixture.

  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.

  5. Serve chilled.
