  • 2cupsheavy whipping cream,or 4 cups of Cool Whip
  • 4tbsppowdered sugar
  • 12ozfresh cranberries,or pulsed
  • 20ozpineapple chunks,drained
  • 2cupssweetened coconut flakes
  • 2cupsminiature marshmallows


  1. Using a hand mixer, whip the heavy cream until it holds soft peaks. Then, add in the powdered sugar.

  2. Whip until it makes a stiff whipped cream, then add in the cranberries, pineapple, coconut flakes, and marshmallow, then stir gently.

  3. Serve, and enjoy!
