  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine celery, red onion, dried cranberries, walnuts, and feta cheese.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
