How To Make Beef and Quinoa Salad Recipe

A wholesome and tasty salad made with protein-rich beef and nutrient-packed quinoa.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa and cook according to package instructions.

  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add beef and oregano, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes.

  3. On a serving platter, place spinach leaves, cooked quinoa, and cherry tomatoes. Top with cooked beef and sliced onions.

  4. Serve with your favorite dressing.
