How To Make Quick Roast Lamb

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg boneless lamb leg
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Rub the garlic and rosemary mixture all over the lamb leg, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Place the lamb leg on a roasting rack in a baking dish.

Roast the lamb in the preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare or 160°F for medium.

Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Slice the lamb and serve hot.
