- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, and parsley), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
