- 2 cups of white rice
- 3 1/2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
Instructions

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a large pot, add the rinsed rice, water, olive oil, and salt.

Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cover with a tight-fitting lid.

Cook the rice for 20-25 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
