How To Make Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pizza
This tasty chicken pizza layered with juicy chicken, spinach, and artichoke, topped with mozzarella cheese and pine nuts, will be the new party favorite!

Ingredients
- 1pizza crust,medium, unbaked, homemade or store-bought
- 3tbspolive oil
- ½white onion,medium, diced
- 5garlic cloves,minced
- 2cupsbaby spinach,fresh, loosely-packed
- 2cupschicken,cooked, shredded
- 14ozartichoke hearts,drained, roughly chopped
- 2cupsmozzarella cheese,shredded
- ½cupParmesan cheese,shaved, or shredded
- ⅓cuppine nuts,toasted
- 1cupspinach,fresh, chopped, optional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Brush or mist the unbaked pizza crust with about 2 tablespoon olive oil until evenly coated.

In a sauté pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, and spread the onion-garlic mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border.

Layer the spinach, artichokes, and chicken into an even layer, then sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden around the edges.

Remove from the oven and immediately top with the Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and additional spinach. Serve immediately.
