How To Make Pizza Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.

  3. Cut the dough into small squares.

  4. Place a few pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.

  5. Fold the corners of the dough towards the center, forming a ball shape. Pinch the edges to seal.

  6. Place the pizza balls on a greased baking sheet.

  7. In a small bowl, mix together grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and dried Italian seasoning.

  8. Brush the mixture over the tops of the pizza balls.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  10. Serve the pizza balls with marinara sauce for dipping.
