Grab a bite of these pizza bombs, made with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil wrapped in pizza dough, then baked to cheesy perfection, for a tasty snack!
- 1pizza dough,fresh
- 1Stella Fresh Mozzarella Cheese ball,cut into 18 cubes
- 10basil leaves,julienned finely, or chopped
- 20grape tomatoes,sliced
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Portion the dough into 18 small balls, then roll them out into 4-inch circles.
Put a cube of Stella Fresh Mozzarella Cheese in the middle of the dough, then add a few shreds of basil and 3 to 4 slices of cherry tomatoes.
Gather the edges of the dough. While trying to keep excess air out of it, pinch it together, creating a good seal.
