How To Make Spinach Mac And Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 oz macaroni noodles
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked macaroni noodles and chopped spinach to the skillet. Stir until well combined and the spinach is wilted.
