How To Make Simply Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.

Stir in the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Add the marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce onto the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top, then spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of meat sauce on top.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving.
