How To Make Next Level Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- 500g spaghetti
- 400g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, finely diced
- 2 celery stalks, finely diced
- 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery, and sauté until they are softened.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Break up any large chunks with a wooden spoon.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
